Installation

Commercial sewage installation

Owls Hall install systems for a large range of customers from public houses and building site offices to small country homes and cottages. There is no such thing as a typical installation and every customer receives a fully personalised service.

As well as the above Owls Hall also offer a core site installation, this is where only the tank is installed and the customer connects the pipe work.

As the typical installation can be a costly operation Owls Hall offer three levels of installation services for its customers Core Site®, Express site® and Full Care.

Core Site®

This is our product supply installation only service, our specialist engineers help specify, supply and install the correct solution for the property and the eventual occupier. The system is installed using the latest equipment, within the tolerances set by the manufacture, at the best location and correct depth.
Our flexible approach means we leave you to complete all services to and from the system, we return at a later agreed date to help commission the unit and verify the warranty and support with Aftercare for the occupier. This service is ideal for developers and the self build customer.

For the occupier – complete installation

Express site®

This is our standard installation service. This includes specification and supply to full installation, through all excavations and connections of all services needed inline with Building Regulations by our highly trained People. This service is ideal if you need your system installed quickly and you intend to have an active role in the installation or may be landscaping the property afterwards.

Full Care

This is our standard installation package with the added “Full Care” element of ground care protection. Great care is taken by our People to ensure
disruption is kept to a minimum. We can carefully remove and relay turf if required, and/or apply ground protection from the machinery, endeavouring to leave the property exactly as we found it. This service is particularly beneficial to those with well-established garden.

To give you an idea of what to expect from an Owls Hall installation the stages are as follows

  • Initial problem solving when the customer makes an enquiry, a few relevant systems will be suggested
to the customer and the relevant literature sent to the customer for review.
  • A site visit is then arranged, the visit is free if the customer is the owner of the property
  • The site visit is conducted by one of our trained engineers. Up to the minute survey techniques ensure
the quote will be as accurate as possible.
  • The personalised quotation is then sent out to the customer
  • The required building notices and Environment Agency licences are applied for on the customer’s behalf.
  • The installation is carried out as described in the quotation. Great care is taken by our team of engineers to ensure
disruption is kept to a minimum. Turf can be carefully removed and relayed if required; the extracted material can also be
    removed from site if necessary.
  • Once installed the system is fine tuned and commissioned
  • The site is left neat and tidy, grass seed is sown where needed
  • Regular courtesy calls maintain contact with the customer, if they so wish, to check the system is working correctly and
solve any problems that may arise
  • Service contracts are then offered to the customer. To view more information on our Service contracts please see the
    Servicing section.

Design

Owls Hall offer two types of design service. For residential customers the system is completely designed from start to finish, taking into account any special requirements. The specification includes the installation location of the system and lay out of any drains and inspection chambers.

This service takes into account how the work will be carried out thus giving you an insight to what’s involved with a complete installation. Owls Hall also are able to co ordinate with any other contractors who may be involved to help accomplish the building project. For professionals such as architects and surveyors who will be designing the system themselves, we offer a comprehensive service which includes:

  • Site survey
  • Recommendation of the correct system based on the information gained from the site survey
  • Appraisal of the design to ensure there are no problems with what has been suggested
  • Up to full installation service for when the works are needed to be carried out
  • Commissioning of the system
  • Servicing and desludging of the system if the user requires
