Servicing is essential to ensure the unit is operating correctly and will prevent possible pollution incidents.
Owls Hall service all makes of effluent treatment and sewage systems for both domestic and commercial customers throughout the UK. For clients outside the UK support is provided by our affiliated companies.
All services are carried out in accordance with British Water and the manufacturer’s guidelines. We ensure all our engineers attend the British Water ‘Maintenance of Small Sewage Treatment Plants’ accreditation course.
Our service vehicles carry a comprehensive stock of spares including all filters, pumps, blowers, bearings, lubricates and hardware required to service all makes and models of modern sewage treatment plants.
Therefore any necessary repairs or replacements can be carried out where possible on the service, thus saving the customer a second call out charge.
Customers of Owls Hall are always personally contacted before each service or de-sludging is due. Owls Hall offer a 24 hour answering service that will usually be answered in person but, if not, will be responded to by 9.00am the next working day.
Commissioning
Owls Hall offer a full commissioning service for all major manufacturers’ equipment; listed below. A commissioning certificate will be issued on completion.
Spares
We maintain a comprehensive stock of mechanical and electrical parts which are available from our service department and operate a full postal and delivery service.
Owls Hall Currently offer maintenance services for all major manufacturer’s sewage treatment systems, septic tanks and pump stations.
