Scottish Customers

For our Scottish customers, this is controlled by the Scottish Environment Protection Agency  “SEPA”. Please see the links below for further guidance;

English & Welsh Customers

For our English & Welsh Customers, this is controlled by the Environment Agency under . EPP2 (Environmental Permitting programme- Second Phase) legislation. Under the new permitting system, customers that discharge up to 5m3 per day or less into surface water or discharge up to 2m3 per day or less into groundwater can apply for an exemption.
